Two time Olympic gold medal winning boxer, Kellie Harrington, made a surprise visit to the girls' school today. A member of St. Mary's Boxing Club in Tallaght, Kellie followed in the footsteps of Katie Taylor by winning boxing gold at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo and 2024 Olympics in Paris. Our pupils gave her a hero's welcome by singing a rendition of 'Ole, Ole!'. Kellie said it was the best school she had ever visited. So much so that she gave everyone a homework pass for the day!
